• After booking your appointment, you will receive a text from us confirming.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at 228-233-0686

• If your baby is less than one month old and losing weight/not gaining weight, please text us at 228-233-0686 AFTER booking your visit.  These newborns take priority and we may be able to move your appointment sooner. 

• All self-pay fees are due at the end of your visit.  I accept credit/debit, HSA/FSA, check or cash.

• There is an additional fee of $35 for a home visit, which is available on a limited schedule. See our website for each providers travel area. 

• I am not contracted with Medicaid insurance plans. Medicaid does not reimburse for my services. You will pay out of pocket.
